viable way?” GREEN MARBLE became the answer to that question
and a solution to the problem within which lay a viable business
opportunity.
Our core business is the provision and management of contract labour
on ad-hoc, temporary and long term assignments. We offer a fully
integrated service including recruitment, contracting, background
checks, payroll and HR management & administration, and pro-active
training specifically tailored to job requirements.

Jeanette Mohapi
Co-Founder & General Manager
Jeanette has worked for a number of leading staffing agencies in the
industry and has over 14 years wealth of experience in the industry
working as recruitment officer to the branch admin.
A hard worker of note and was very instrumental starting up recruitment
agencies until she embarked on starting up the JeJa staffing initiative.
The “Je” in JeJa Staffing stands for Jeanette a hard working individual
with integrity, strength, courage and dedication this being her key to
success.
Victor Motlhele
Operations director
Victor started working at a liquor wholesale as a driver and a
salesperson for 5 years in Limpopo after completing his matric, he then
move to joburg to find greener pasture, he was employed as driver and
sales person at Mayibuye butchery, he then move to dinner glassware
company also driving trucks, Victor has more experience in goods and
transport industry, he worked for many different companies in joburg, in
2020 he joined greenmarble as a driver until he decided to buy shares in
2021. He is now an operational director
